Fees & Payments

This page explains the fees JustReused may charge and how payments and payouts work. The exact fees that apply to you are always shown before you confirm. Fees may change; the version shown at the time of your transaction applies.

Fees we may charge

• Listing and promotion fees for paid packages that increase a listing’s visibility.
• A marketplace service fee on certain transactions (for example hire bookings), shown before you confirm.
• Payment-processing costs, which may be included in the service fee.

Deposits (hire)

For hire, a refundable deposit may be authorised on your payment method and released after the item is returned in good order. If there is damage, loss, or an unpaid charge, part or all of the deposit may be captured, supported by the condition report.

How sellers are paid

Depending on how the marketplace is configured, either the platform collects payment and pays the seller out (less applicable fees), or buyers pay sellers directly using the seller’s own payment method, in which case the platform does not hold the funds. The method that applies is shown at checkout. Where funds are handled, they are processed by regulated third-party payment providers; JustReused does not store full card numbers.
