Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

These Guidelines explain how you may use JustReused and what conduct is not allowed. They apply to everyone, buyers, sellers, and people hiring items, and form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can lead to content removal, restrictions, suspension, or account closure.

What we expect

• List accurately: real items, correct condition, honest prices, and your own photos.
• Deal fairly and communicate respectfully with other users.
• Only offer things you have the right to sell or hire out.
• Keep to the item and price shown; complete transactions in good faith.

What is not allowed

• Fraud, scams, misleading listings, fake reviews, or price manipulation.
• Spam, duplicate listings, bulk unsolicited messages, or off-platform payment lures.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing others’ private information.
• Automated scraping, bots, or bulk data collection from the platform.
• Attempts to bypass safety tools, reporting, or account restrictions.

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, transact, or hire items on JustReused. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the marketplace and will close accounts we believe belong to under-age users.
