Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
JustReused respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. You must not post content, images, or listings that infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. This page explains how rights holders can report infringement and how we respond.
How to report infringement
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, send a notice including:
- Your name and contact details, and the right you hold.
- Identification of the protected work or mark.
- The exact listing URL(s) you say infringe it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and that your notice is accurate.
What we do
On a valid notice we may remove or disable the listing and notify the user, who may submit a counter-notice. We keep records of notices, and repeat infringers may have their accounts closed. This process does not replace any legal remedy you may have.
